Introducing Social Listening with Propel!
We are super excited to have officially built and launched Social Listening within Propel. In addition to Online and Broadcast Monitoring, now you can keep track of Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter mentions.
Social media continues to play a huge role in the PR industry, paving the way for impactful, far-reaching communication in real-time. It is important to keep track of social media mentions and be able to reference them all in one place to enable engagement, insights and reporting.
Once your social media alerts are set up in Propel, you can preview each of the posts, their source, and their sentiment. Our automated sentiment analysis provides insight on the tone and attitude of the post, represented by happy, neutral, and angry faces - allowing you to quickly spot any negative alerts. If you find a sentiment to be inaccurate (due to sarcasm or misleading language) you are able to change it manually.
Graphs
In addition to the actual mentions, you can view a variety of graphs representing Share of Voice, Volume Over Time, Volume by Type, Volume by Social Source, and Sentiment.
View your alert’s volume over time to get a sense of how many mentions you have.
Our sentiment graph provides an overview of the tone of your mentions and how well they are being received.
You are also able to view multiple alerts at once to compare brands, competitors or keywords in a side-by-side view.
To fully understand your or your client’s presence in the media, it is important to see the entire picture. By combining Online Monitoring, Broadcast Monitoring, and Social Listening within one platform, never miss a beat and get powerful insights.
