UK: Global cloud platform RingCentral hires UK PR Agency - PRWeek
RingCentral hires Missive, a U.K.-based B2B tech PR agency. Missive will handle the platform’s U.K. communications, according to PRWeek. RingCentral is a global provider of enterprise cloud communications, collaboration, video meetings and contact center services.

Global: Ruder Finn acquires U.K. tech specialist agency Mantis - O’Dwyer’s
Ruder Finn, a PR firm with co-headquarters in the U.S. and China, acquires Mantis, “a British medtech company that targets companies operating in the public sector.” Ruder Finn management commented that partnering with Mantis builds on the firm’s momentum in the medtech space, according to O’Dwyer’s.
Global: Jargon PR acquires GloHouse Media - Crunchbase
Jargon PR, an international firm specializing in B2B tech campaigns, acquires publishing house and PR agency GloHouse Media. According to PRWeek, this was the firm’s third agency acquisition in 12 months.
US: Omnicom acquires Jump 450 to build out performance - Marketing Dive
Omnicom Media Group, the media services division of Omnicom Group, announced it acquired Jump 450, a New York-based performance marketing firm. The firm “will serve as the foundation for a performance media platform and business unit within OMG while preserving its current management team,” according to Marketing Dive.

Meltzer formerly served as the National Institute of Health (NIH) VP of Communications and Events.
