US: Faraday Future hires Finn Partners to lead comms for FF 91 electric vehicle launch - PRWeek
Faraday Future, a tech start-up company focused on the development of luxury electric vehicles, recently hired Finn Partners, a leading global marketing agency, to help with their latest product rollout. Finn will also provide corporate comms and product technology comms strategy.
Global: Nevis Tourism Authority (NTA) now clients of US-based PR agency CIIC - Nevis Island Administration (NIA)
CIIC PR, an award-winning travel and lifestyle PR agency based in the United States, gained NTA, a tourism center in the Eastern Caribbean, as a new travel and tourism client. NTA chose CIIC PR to “lead a strategic communications campaign that will integrate media and trade relations, partnerships, influencer relations and thought leadership opportunities in the United States and Canada,” according to the agency’s announcement.

Global: Talkwalker acquires Reviewbox as UGC importance grows - MarTech
Talkwalker, a consumer intelligence software company, acquired Reviewbox, a review management platform. This software expansion expands Talkwalker’s “capabilities to integrate e-commerce and user-generated content data with its extensive customer insights offerings,” according to MarTech. Additionally, the company now has access to much more product data that Reviewbox collects from sites like Amazon, Walmart and eBay.
Global: Bureau Betak event and production company sells majority stake to The Independents agency - The Wall Street Journal
Bureau Betak, a high-fashion event and production company in Paris, sold its majority stake to The Independents, a fast-growing global marketing and communications group. The Independents will now be considered “one of the industry’s widest-ranging service agencies, with 12 offices across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the U.S.,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

Real Chemistry, a global health innovation company (and Propel customer), hired Mary Stutts as Chief Global Inclusion & Health Equity Officer. Stutts has over 20 years of experience in corporate relations and communications. At Real Chemistry, she will now lead its diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
