UK: Footwear brand Hotter hires Good Relations ahead of planned IPO - PRWeek
This month, Good Relations, a PR and social agency, scored “UK’s biggest footwear manufacturer, which intends to float on the stock market later this year,” according to PRWeek. Good Relations will be taking charge of its consumer PR and influencer marketing strategy.
“We’ve seen great momentum in terms of IPOs this year,” Propel CEO and Co-Founder Zach Cutler said. “Any company getting ready to go public needs to have a sound communications plan in place. And for the agency, it’s a nice place to be, considering the growth trajectory for many companies on the verge of IPO. Good Relations scored a nice win here“

Cox Inall Change, Australia's leading behavioural change communications agency, has been hired to help with various facets of vaccine communication work, including distribution, combatting hesitancy and building awareness. “They are undertaking a range of tasks including information booths at shopping centres to support people who wish to book a vaccination appointment to broader communications to support the vaccination program” the health department said.

Walker Sands, a B2B tech integrated marketing agency, acquired March Communications PR agency. Walker Sands CEO Mike Santoro is confident that this move will bring great things to both teams, as they join together and grow. “Combined we are the fifth-largest technology-focused firm in the United States with more than 170 talented humans and offices in Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Boston and Atlanta,” he wrote in their company blog.
“Setting up a new agency for success after a merger or acquisition requires early preparation and strong communication skills,” Propel and PCB Partners advisor Andrew Bloch said. “It is clear that strong cultural alignment was a priority here, and no there is no doubt that this took plenty of effort, a dedicated integration action plan and lots of leadership resources.”
